Built for those who demand gear that outlasts the toughest workdays. This heavy-duty work belt features a double-layered construction. Crafted entirely from the legendary, American-tanned Hermann Oak bridle leather. By layering and industrial-stitching two premium layers of full-grain leather, we create an ultra-thick, rigid spine that eliminates sagging and twisting from daily use.

Why It's Built Heavy-Duty:

  • Hermann Oak Bridle Leather: Tanned in the USA using a traditional vegetable-tanning process, this world-renowned leather is incredibly dense, strong, and naturally weather-resistant.
  • Industrial-Grade Stitching: Heavyweight bonded thread that permanently locks the two leather sides together, ensuring the layers will never separate.
  • Zero Fillers: Unlike mass-produced belts that use cheap cardboard or synthetic fillers between the layers, our belts are made100% solid with premium leather from front to back.

Belt Sizing Guide

1. Lay the Belt Flat
Place a previously owned belt on a flat surface and straighten it completely out. Any curve or twist can affect accuracy.

2. Measure the Correct Points
Measure from the end of the buckle where the prong meets the frame to the hole you use most often.

3. Read Your Measurement
The number in inches is your true belt size. Measure twice to confirm accuracy.

4. Record Your Measurement
Use the number you arrived at for ordering. If you're between sizes, round up to the next half or whole number.

Measuring With a Seamstress Tape
Wrap a seamstress tape around your waist in the clothing you normally wear. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight. The number you read in inches is your belt size. If you fall between measurements, round up to the next half or whole inch.

Proper Fit
Fasten your belt at the middle hole for optimal comfort and balance.

True‑to‑Size Craftsmanship
Greene Leatherworks belts are made true to size, meaning your measured belt size will naturally align with the center hole. Each belt is cut and punched to ensure accurate sizing and a consistent fit.

Leather Characteristics
Premium leather softens and conforms to your body over time, creating a personalized fit.
